  • Social Worker

    The role of the Social Worker will be providing high quality intensive case management services to older adults (55+) experiencing homelessness. This role involves building a trusting relationship with members to engage them to obtain housing and reach personalized goals. The position requires respectful and empathic engagement with our members consistent with Justa Center’s Values. The Social Worker will provide empowering support to members utilizing evidence-based practices including Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction and Trauma Informed Care.

  • Chief Development Officer

    Justa Center is seeking a seasoned Chief Development Officer. The role includes cultivating and stewarding individual, foundation, and government sources of giving. Research and grant writing skills are important responsibilities. At least 2-3 years of experience in non-profit fundraising is an important qualification. The successful candidate will be a part of our leadership team furthering Justa Center's mission of providing services to the elderly in our community experiencing homelessness.
