How to Belong at Justa

It begins with an intake interview on your first visit.
The intake process is your membership to Day Center services.

Intake interviews are daily between 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Sorry, no intakes by phone or on holidays.

Additional interviews for additional services are completed as-needed basis.

Members absent for more than 90 days are subject to a brief re-intake.

  • Self-Care

    Taking care of your personal needs is easy with laundry service, hot showers, hygiene supplies, emergency help, and meals.

    New socks and underwear are always available. Periodic seasonal clothing drives are conducted to assist in keeping you warm or cool, depending on the weather.

    Monthly locker rental is available to store your belongings.

  • Resources

    Mail Service: Have your mail sent to Justa Center to ensure uninterrupted benefits, receive important documents, and maintain communication with family and friends.

    Safe Document Storage: Keep your original documents in our fireproof safe.

    Computer Lab: Four workstations and printer dedicated for daily member use.

  • Access to Services

    Monday: Attorney - pro-bono (free)

    Tuesday: Medicare support

    Wednesday: Tax & Social Security Support

    Thursday: DES for AHCCCS (Medicaid), Food Stamps (SNAP), and other Arizona benefits

    Friday: Veterans Outreach

  • PATH to Housing

    You will receive personalized support to identify, address, circumvent, or overcome obstacles on your PATH to housing, and supportive services to assist you in maintaining your housing.

    Additionally, you will receive assistance with finding housing, completing necessary documentation, and more.

  • Nurses Clinic

    Trained nurses available to assist with tasks such as medication management, providing reading glasses, and wound care.

    Our clinic staff is dedicated to guiding you through health care decisions enabling you to reduce reliance on walk-in clinics, urgent care facilities, and emergency services.

  • Respect

    At Justa Center, you can expect to be treated with utmost respect and dignity, ensuring your safety and comfort throughout your visit.

    You are welcome to visit the center as frequently as you prefer—whether it be daily, weekly, or monthly, following the intake interview.
