We begin with assisting each member in gathering essential documents crucial for accessing housing opportunities, such as identification, Social Security cards, birth certificates, and for veterans, their DD214 forms. We understand the importance of having these documents in hand, as they serve as the foundation for establishing stability and accessing vital services.

Once all necessary documents are secured, our team works closely with each member to navigate the application process for housing, providing guidance and support every step of the way. We also offer financial education support to empower our members to save and budget effectively, laying the groundwork for a successful transition into permanent housing.

As part of our commitment to ensuring a smooth transition, we also provide each individual with a
move-in kit filled with domestic essentials like cleaning supplies and more. Through our holistic approach, we aim not only to secure housing for homeless seniors but also to equip them with the tools and resources needed to thrive independently in their new homes.
